Meet Alicia

Reg. Kinesiologist, 200hr YTT

Hi there! ’m Alicia Oliveira, a Registered Kinesiologist in Ontario with specialized training in external Pelvic Health and over nine years of experience in rehabilitation. My clinical background includes orthopedic and neurological care, and my practice now focuses on postpartum recovery and pelvic health–related movement concerns.

I provide evidence-informed, individualized and group exercise therapy that addresses the pelvic floor within the context of the whole body. Whether you are in the early stages of postpartum or navigating pelvic dysfunction my care is clinically guided, and designed to support safe, confident movement at every stage of recovery. Services are offered in-home and virtually for Ontarians in Ontario, making professional pelvic health support accessible and practical.
